Title: Internet Connecting

Using MJ in WinXP Pro .. program keeps wanting to go on line every few seconds, can't find where to turn feature off. Any suggestions..

What version of MJ are you using?  (Post your system info to this thread.)  I have MJ8 running on an XP system with no Internet connection, and no problems.

Mine insists to go on the Net every time I open it. But I use Norton Internet Security to stop that!  8)

Thanks for the info I have Norton AV on but will also try Internet Security to shut off the auto bootup to the Internet.

Seems funny there would not be a choice right within MJ tho. Maybe it is because I don't have it registered yet.

What option have you selected in Options > Startup settings > Startup Page ?

If Start is selected, it's normal that MJ try to connect to Internet in order to update the Start Page.
