Title: File storing user settings/options?

Anyone know which file in MC contains user settings/options etc.? I've backed up all my data and libraries etc. for my brother's computer. Now I just need to work out how to export all my view settings (columns, sorting etc.), options et. all. I thought they'd be stored in a file somewhere (an .ini or something similar) but haven't found it yet. Can anyone shed some light?

This stuff is stored in the registry.
