Title: How to control MC from IPAQ and remote computer?

Hey all,

MC is on my desktop.  But when I'm in other parts of the house I want to control it from my IPAQ and notebooks (both are on a wireless network with the Desktop playing MC).  What's the best solution for each?

look at netremote (http://www.netremote.org/) for the ipaq. JLee and Dragyn made some sweet software/skins you can download from the netremote site

for the notebook i've used VNC (a free remote operator software):  http://www.realvnc.com/

NetRemote LE is available now.  This includes support for MC only but may support other media players in the future.  NetRemote Pro will be released shortly and this will support many other plug ins e.g. Girder, Zoom Player and Homeseer.  If you only want to remotely control MC then try the LE version.
