ok, first of all can i convert wma files to mp3 with the free version of media jukebox? if so in detail please as im finding this programme very hard to use, how you do the conversion, thanks alot, matt

 i hope you get an answer to this question because i have the plus features $19.99 and i still can't convert wma to mp3 it always ends up with an error ?

Protected WMA files can't be converted.  In MJ, maybe even unprotected WMA files.  JRiver Media Center can convert unprotected WMA files.

How does one know if a WMA file is protected or not? How to change it?
