Please help me. I re-installed my computer the other day. While trying to restore Media Center, I was "charged" twice for restoring. Instead of having 9 restores left, I only have 8. Could I please have my count "re-set" to 8 because of my clumsiness in hadling the reinstall? Thank you.

Two restores can happen if you back through a browser sometimes. It's the same problem that causes a double charge on a web site. You may have noticed that some sites say "Do not use the back button on your browser." at this point.
We can't reset a single restore, but if you run out of restores in the future, just post here. Unless there is unusual activity on the account, we can reset the restores.

Thank you so much Jim. Sorry about the misunderstanding. Cliff's notes?!?! For real!!! I bet your english teachers from school gave you a hard time :) That's really facinating to know!

Cliff's Notes was started in 1958. I'm 145, so they weren't around when I was in high school.

Yeah, by my calculations you were already almost 100 years old (and presumably out of high school for at least 82 years) before Cliff's Notes were invented. I bet you wish they had been around when you were going through high school, though. Or were they still using those one room classrooms back then?

We had caves. They were pretty warm in winter. Well above freezing.
