MC>Help>Interact = "Page Can Not Be Displayed..."
I can get in thru IE.
Any suggestions??
-
They're updating their web servers or something. They know about it.
-
ok. thought it was me.
-
As of 4:20pm, I still can't log on thru MC.
I've checked my security settings and everythings seems O.K. Any other ideas? Everything was fine 2 days ago.

This should be working now.
If not, exactly what are you doing?
Can you get here from IE?

When I click the link in your post Jim it leads me to http://www.microsoft.com/
Update: that's in Firefox. In IE I get Page not found
-
That's odd. Under Firefox, I, too, get redirected to Microsoft. Under IE (the new one released with SP2), I get that standard "The page cannot be displayed" error page.

Now it's allright in both Firefox and IE

Now I think I just must be going nuts. ::)
Testing it again (a mere few minutes later), http://www.mediajukebox.com/interact is being properly redirected to http://yabb.jriver.com/interact in both browsers.
Okay, well, never mind then. ;D

It's working again for me now too! (while it wasn't working thru MC, I was getting in via IE & the J River homepage link, curiously, I was logged in automaticaly by username, not "guest").
Thanks for the fix.
BTW, I still think there should be an optional "Interact" button somewhere on the interface, so we don't have to click on "Help" first. A lot of us "check in" more that a couple times a day, (yeah, I know, we sould have better things to do), and that's 4 extra mouse clicks each time. Just my opinion.

Yup, a button would be nice, but then I'm all for simplify, simplify! Had the same problem getting to the forum the other day, but it's been fine for me for a while now. Just a question...if we close MC and don't remember to log out are we still logged in and connected? If so, I better make a note to myself to remember to log out!

I don't think so, only if you have the box checked "always stay logged in" or something like that.
