I purchased Media Jukebox and I had to re-install my system. I tried to restore my license using email from registration web page. I tried a couple of times for three days and I never received any email from JRiver !
How can I recover please ?

More Info : I am sure the email is correct as the registration web process said me that email was sent !

This can happen if SPAM filters are in place.
In the FAQ, there is an alternate right click method for saving the Install Key.

Thank you for this quick reply. Actually, the message was considered undesirable by my provider and was not aware because I use an IMAP client.
I was able to find my registration in the junk folder of my mail box.
