am thinking about purchase of mj for radio broadcast..have many cd's in "music match" library, mp3's...can I transfer to mj library or have to reenter it all???  part II....will the scheduler create playlists?? can I basically automate for 24/7 programming???

You can just import music into MJ.  Not sure how it will work with radio.
