Any other way to purchase this!

Make sure you have the latest version from our download page.
Your security settings may be too aggressive. Port 443 must be open.

Port is open and security settings are at the lowest possible.....still not working
Machine is XP Pro SP1

What's your default browser? Try setting it to IE.

It is the default browser....i had firefox installed before but have since removed it. Would this be causing the problem and if so any suggestions for a fix?
Thanks
Much appreciated

No other ideas? I really want to upgrade to 10!

Make sure you have a recent version of MC. Download again if you're not sure.
Check your security settings. A firewall could be preventing the transaction on port 443.

allports are open on outgoing. Does this need to be open inbound?

It is definitely a bug from the following situation. If you uninstall Mozilla/Firefox as your default browser. I used another machine to purchase it and it worked.
So if you have IE then install Mozilla/Firefox as your default browser and then uninstall it....it causes an issue.
Hope this helps out figuring out the issue. I probably need to reinstall IE.

Thanks very much. Hopefully I can reproduce it now. Which version of windows are you using?

XP SP1 with all updates prior to SP2
IE 6.0.2800.1106
