Title: Media Jukebox 8.0 - Cannot convert file format

After importing a .wav file into my library, I selected this file to do a file conversion to .mp3.

From the toolbar at the top of the screen, I selected

Tools -> Convert Format to bring up the "Convert Files"
dialog box. The new format was
Windows Media 128KBps.

When I clicked the start button, the error message
"Failed to Convert" appeared.  Am I missing something here. If I am please tell me what it is.

Are you sure it didn't say "I don't want to convert to this garbage, please choose another format"

First step: Post your sys info from Help>System Info.

Question: Are you a registered user?
