How do I do this, I've downloaded and your site says :
"A Media Center version 9 license can be upgraded to version 10 for $9.98. This includes anyone who who started with a version 8 license and then paid to upgrade it to version 9. Either way, the price is the same."
The only option I've got appears to be a $24 price ?

That means that you have only a version 8 license installed.
You can have your registration codes e-mailed to you. Please check:

Sorry for appearing thick but where on that link does it help me. I bought MC 9 and have a version 9 licence installed not 8, I've never owned 8. There's no way to differentiate from an upgrade or full purchase once you install v 10 it doesn't seem to recognise that it's upgrading?

Please have the system send you your registration codes.

Got there in the end!!
Sorry to be a pain, is there any way you can permanently delete playlists, every time I remove one and close down MC10 when I fire it up again it reappears!

I think if you right click on it, it has a "Delete" option
