Title: Can't Initialize IPOD in MC10

Have just got a new PC with XP Home, and MC 10 (build 10.0.155).
The IPOD is not being recognised by MC - keep on getting warning "Media Centre was unable to initialize the desired handheld. Check that it is plugged in and turned on". But I can see the IPOD and directories, etc. in Windows Explorer fine - so it must be something else.  The device name in Explorer is IPOD.  
I've even moved it back the Ipod back to my old pc, which recognises it fine.
Any ideas?

You may have gotten an incorrect plugin somehow. Try installing MC 10.0.161 from here...

and see if that helps.

The device name (volume label) does not affect the iPod and MC anymore.
