Title: Did not get my license key

Hi

for some reason unknown to me the paypal
transaction took longer than i expected to
complete and now when i enter the transaction
id on the jriver's paypal support page it does
not recongnize the transaction id.

can somebody tell me an email address to
contact in this situation. it would be helpful
if the folks managing this process would
be SMART enough to make one available on
the transaction completion page.

why not just ask the question without all the Drama

I guess they want people to come post on the forum when they have a problem with purchasing... atleast thats what it says on the site, and indeed there isn't an email contact to get help with purchasing. They probably don't want to have to deal with a ton of email and a ton of reading this forum. IMO, the fact that they read this forum so much makes up for this though! Anyway, I'm sure someone will be along soon to set things straight jumboman.

Are you using Hotmail?

The reason I ask, Is when I upgraded to 11, I didn't get anything, I changed to my other email (sympatico) and I got it.

Maybe a MicroMoney thing??

no i am not.. i thought at least the transaction number from
paypal would be recognized

Funny, I didn't receive a confirmation email either, and I also used my Hotmail account to register...

Some ISP's Do filter there mail.

Not sure if jumboman has the same problem.

he may or maynot have been charged only J River and Pay Pal would know.

there has been some pay pal and J river brake downs in the past right after the new pay pal system was set up, but i thought they took care of that problem they had.

if the user goes to pay pal and logs back onto his account they can find out if he got billed.

if the user did not setup an account with pay pal then this maybe one reason why he has no license at this point.
