Title: Do Playlists get backed when I do a Library Backup?

I was wondering if I should also back them up or if the Library Backup keeps them...

Yes they do. I have my old playlists in MC 11. I restored an MC 10 library backup to it.

User options are stored in the Windows registry. So if you also have a system backup you can restore everything.
