Title: upgrade from mc 9 to mc 10

I am currently using Media Center Version 9.1.  I notice on your site that you can purchase an upgrade to MC 10 for about $9.  Is this true?  If so, I can't seem to find a link for doing this.  I can only find the link for purchasing MC 10 for about $24, reduced specially from $39.  Thanks.

Make sure you have 9.1 installed and licensed
Install MC10,
Goto Help and Buy.

I also think that you have to use IE6.
