Title: Ripping - can't create output directory

Hi, I am a new user of Media Center (great product).  On most CD's I have no problem ripping but on a few I get the error message 'The output directory could not be created for one or more files - Check output directory in the ripping options'  As I say this only happens on a few CD's.  Thanks for any help you can give me on this.

are you using media center or media jukebox

this is the media jukebox forum not the media center forum

it would also help if you go to "Help" and get the system info and paste it into your request for help

This is in options/file location.
