Title: Secure ripping options

First of all many thanks that the ripping is working again since the last couple of updates.

Currently the secure ripping mode allows for 16 re-reads to try to get good data from a scratched CD. If it does not, the log creates a message, example: 03:15 Unreliable data after 16-re-reads.

Question:
Qould it be possible to make the re-read occurences variable, ie. if want MC11 to re-read 50 times, that I can set this parameter accordingly?

50 re-reads are not going to give you much better results if sixteen are not enough. It just strains your drive more. I have had luck only once with EAC and more re-reads when MC was not able to read a track completely. Usually the results are not any better. If the CD is clean it is then too badly damaged.

ah Big Failure

if i call up the ripping options and then click on ok, no matter if i change an option or not, mc11 crashes
