Title: Artist and Album dialog box

If YADB does not find artist and album info, the help file says "Track information is displayed. If there is no information, a dialog box opens asking you to type it in."  I get no dialog box, and I cannot find a way to enter it except to enter for each track.  Under Options, I have checked the box to "show submissions dialog box"
