Title: Can't get updated reg code/database doesn't recognize any old email addresses

I am trying to renew my reg code but am unable to get your data base to recognize any of my old email adresses to include the original one I used when I purchased MC to the last one I recieved a new reg code at. I have in the past recieved updates with no problems but I don't recall needing a password to get the new code. I have however tried to use every password and email combo that I have ever had since purchasing MC. I orriginally purchased MC 9 late winter/early spring of 2003 I believe. Some help please.  :-X
