Title: Focus grab when ripping

This is my no. 1 issue with Media Center. When ripping a CD, it grabs the focus at the end of each track. Even when minimized, this cause problems and I suddenly find I'm typing into Media Center instead of Word or whatever.

Is this fixable by some config. change I can make, or is it a bug that can be fixed in the future?

What version of MC are you running? (Paste from MC > Help > System Info)

10.0.161

Will try the latest, although it's been the same in every version so far.
