Title: Burning Frustration

(I recently sent a question and got back a no comment.  What gives.  Since I can't get help from JRiver you folks are apparently the only game in town.
Question.  Please briefly explain the burning process.  I have MJ V8.   None of the instructions in HELP help.  I am attempting to export a playlist to WMA.  The files I want to export have been imported to Media Jukebox earlier.

This is support.  There isn't any other method.

Make sure you have a current version.

What do you mean by export a playlist to WMA?  Convert?

I just want to export my music mp3 files somewhere besides Media Jukebox for backup.  WMA is Windows Media Player.  I am having nothing but trouble using the program generally.  I have v.8.  Please rely.

what your saying makes no sence.

are you saying you would like to convert mp3's that are in your play list to windows media format?

if this is correct why?
