I have a tivo and got Media Center to access files from my itunes on my tivo. Well, it connects, and can play other mp3s, but anything from the itunes folder won;t open. Yes I've selected the .aiff file extension , also .au.

Only files internally decoded by MC can by played with a TiVo. These include MP3, APE, OGG, WMA, and several other formats.
Some Apple formats are proprietary, so we can't easily decode them and send them to the TiVo. If Apple provided an SDK or plugin, this problem would go away.

Same type of thing for Audible files? Or is that a DRM-related decision JRiver made?

I could reconvert if I have to, so I undersy=tand the apple format, byt what about Audible files??? I really need those.
