Title: customize list style?

I'm using the lastest version 11.

When I change the list style under Customize Current View I only have the option of changing the view for everything at once. For example, what I would like to do is change the list to album thumbnail when browsing through the artist or album artists but when I click the album cover I would like to see a details list of the songs. As it is set up now, if I click an album cover, it just plays the entire album, instead of allowing me to view the individual songs. To see a details list of the songs then I cannot view the albums as thumbnails. Am I wrong? If so please let me know, if not, I think it would be great to have control over the list style within certain levels.

Did you try Library Browser?
