Title: How to purchase the upgrade to MC11?

How can i purchase the upgrade from MC10 to MC11?
The "Purchase Media Center"-Page doesn't offer anything and if i choose "buy" within MC11 it offers the full price ($35) only.

If you have a new OS installation you must install MC10 and restore your license first. After that it should work from the "buy button" within MC11. MC11 must "know" that you have a valid MC10 license.
