Title: "open URL" history missing

Usually I am able to goto "file=>open URL" and be able to select from a list of URLs previously opened, but one on my MC10 (173) installations provides me with no history at all.  Anyone have a clue?

EDIT:  I have since determined MC10 will remember the URLs during the current session, but will not pass the history onto the next MC session. (i.e., stopping/restarting and the URL history disappears)
