Title: MC Toolbar?
Post by: Mangy Varmit on November 02, 2004, 02:30:51 pm
I love MC 10, but I really miss the WMP10 toolbar that shows up in the Task Bar when WMP10 is minimized. For those who haven't seen it, it shows up just to the left of the systray by default, and allows basic navigation, volume, and album/genre/artist selection, without having to bring the WMP10 window/skin into focus. I know I can right-click on the MC task on the task bar, but that only provides Play/Stop/Next/Previous.

Is this in the works for MC? If not, please consider this a request.

Thanks :)

Check this thread. All the info you need to either d/l one (not free) or make your own mjextman toolbar.

Also check out foxytunes. there's a thread somewhere.

Well, I don't use Firefox and even if I did, I don't want the toolbar in a browser, I want it in my Windows Taskbar, like the WMP10 toolbar.

While searching this forum, I read about some little proggie called JRDeskbar that sound like what I need...is this still available? I tried the ftp link but couldn't get to the file (I think my firewall will require an http link instead).

There is a program called truelaunchbar It works with V10 and under.

Would be nice if JRiver built this into there deskbar,....
