Title: unable to upgrade version 9.0

Iam not able to upgrade media jukebox 9.0 I'm not able too connect to your server an error keeps showing, also this keeps coming back each time I try to upgrade,ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/mediacenetr9_1exe

MC9 is not sold, mC10 and MC11 is

MJ8 users i think can still upgrade with a upgrade fee

not sure why you would want MC9 and not MC11

There is a link to the last version of 9 in the FAQ but it would be better to switch to MC10 or 11.
