I`ve bougt Jukebox programe two years ago, got registration code and installed it. My old computer was crashed. I`ve bought a new one. How can I reinstall Jukebox on new computer using my old registration code?
Is it possible?

You can restore your license using the "restore" page:
http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/restore.html

Thank you, I tried it, but I don`t know what to do after. I entered my registratiion code and got jukebox picture, then it dissapeared.
-
When I used restore page and entered my registration code, I got the error message and nothing happening ecxept I lost another try (from 10) >:(

Make sure that you're using MS Internet Explorer as your default browser and that you have the lastest build of Media Center (whatever version your license is valid for) installed.
Hope it helps. If it does not, please wait until someone from JRiver arrives at the forum in a couple of hours before attempting to do a new restore. Perhaps the restore page is down at the moment.

Something else might bt important. Programmer who servised my computer transfered all software from old computer to the new one including Jukebox program and play lists. It doesn`t work, of course.
Probably this version prevents restoring?

How I could know if I have the lastest build of Media Center? Sorry for sily question but I am not a programmer and my English is poor...

Please read the FAQ here:
www.mediajukebox.com/license
Copy your system info from MJ Help and paste it here.
Check the version there against the version on the download page.

MEDIA JUKEBOX PLUS 8.0.399 - this is my version
-
Marina, there's a new version in the download page (8.0.400)
http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/download.html
May I suggest that you install that version and then try to restore your license.
-
If I download new version, could it destroy my playlists or something?
-
It should not, but you may want to backup your library first.
-
had same problem, but used all my restores and now only have MJ8 trial version which expires in a couple days... now what, does anyone have a suggestion...good luck with your situation

Marina,
If you mean that you see a jukebox image and then the program won't start, try uninstall. Choose "remove registry entries", reboot, reinstall.
-
I mean I see image for 30 second and then the Jukebox window is closed.
I am afraid to uninstall because I am afraid to lost my playlists. JB closed so fast that I couldn't to copy anything.
