Title: Installing 3.96.1 LAME

Hi guys,

I've downloaded 3.9.1 LAME.  I'm new to this.  Do I just autorun it?  Or unzip and drag into the plugins folder.  Also, does this download include the latest -alt preset extreme encoder?  If not, which version of the extreme encoder do you suggest and where can I get it and do I just drag that into the plugins folder?
