Title: importing files

I had to do system recovery this weekend and ever since I can't get Media Jukebox to import files without crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and deleted it and downloaded it fresh and nothing is working.  I'm using Windows XP.  What can I do, MJ is the best program of it's kind. I can't believe I just can't ever use it anymore.

Try uninstalling and removing the registry entries.  Then reboot and reinstall.  Make sure you're using the latest build.
