Title: Oh The Memories
Post by: KingSparta on November 12, 2004, 08:21:17 pm
Today I was thinking about all the Old Days of Computers today After Someone Asked Me Why My Handle Was "KingSparta"

So I Sat Down Today And Tried To See If I Could Find Some Old Computer Pictures On The Internet To Explain.

After I Got Going I Kept Finding More And More.

At This Link You Will Find The Answers To That Age Old Question If You Seek The Holey Grail.

I Will Add More Later This Weekend.

Ended up paying more for my trash80 them my pentium 4. If I rember right I found a disk drive (5 1/4) for about $300. sure beat the tape recorder.  But after I got it, then i found out I need a $500 controller.

It was still more fun to play on then the Philco 2000 http://w3.uwyo.edu/~jimkirk/philco.html (http://w3.uwyo.edu/~jimkirk/philco.html) that Iwas working on at the time  (and it was faster)  Matt should have everyone go to this site if they ever complain about his sort speed.
