Title: Ripping and burning problems
Post by: Soennes on October 30, 2002, 06:54:43 am
Hello!

I try to figure out what is wrong to my computer. Something causes me trouble on MJ. I will appreciate to get some help to find it out. I have following questions;

If I haven`t completely uninstalled a previous cd-burner-program before I install MediaJukebox, will that influence on the MediaJukebox when I start to use it?
-Is it possible that this is why I gets trouble everytime I try to rip or burn cd`s through MediaJukebox?
Could it be that MediaJukebox isn`t compatible to my CD-ROM and CD-burner? If so, how can I make it become compatible then?

Yours faithfully
Peter A.

Depends what it is....

In-Compatible: <probably>
Nero
RealOne
WMP v9b

Compatible:
Adaptec/Roxio ECDC and DCD (but make sure you have latest of each)
EAC
WMP v7.1 or less
RealPlayer v8 or less (probably Real Jukebox, too)

MJ will do about everything your likely to need. So kill those unnecessary's and re-install MJ (back up license if your registered).

If prob's continue, put your sys info in another post here.
