Title: Bug? - exclude files previously removed from library

After importing, with the "exclude files previously removed from library" UNCHECKED,
I get some files in my library that do not exist [crossed out in red x].

I shift-delete and delete them from library and disk, and in the next import I get them back in my library.

Does anyone have a clue???

By the way,

I'm using 11.0.128 and I've noticed this happening since the 11.0.90 build.

Next build will make a log file during import.  Hopefully it will shed some light on what's happening.
