Title: No More "Jump to Now Playing" feature?
Post by: himini on November 23, 2004, 03:37:39 am
Just downloaded MC 10 trial and it seems there are a few options that have been taken away since version 8.  (I know there have been many more added which I do appreciate.)

Am I missing something?  The visualization pane (or window) is multiple clicks away when I play a music file?  There used to be a "Jump to Playing Now" checkbox in the options so that the visualization pane automatically came up whenever I started playing a file.  I must be missing something.  I know I can click the "Playing now" icon on the list at the left, but if I'm far down alphabetically on the Artist list I have to scroll back up to the top  to get there.

You can select this under Tools > Options > General > Behavior in MC11, not sure about MC10.

You can also customize your toolbar to add buttons like "Playing Now" to the top or bottom.

Thank you so much for the replies!  I know it's a little thing, but it was driving me crazy.  One click away is no problem, and I was looking for a "customize toolbar" option anyway but was always clicking on the top rather than the bottom.  Good to know there's an option under "behavior" in version 11 also.

Thanks again!
