Title: 'Check for updates...' not finding new version

I have MC10.0.161 installed but when I do Help -> 'Check for updates...' it says there's no new updates even though the current version is 10.0.173.

What gives?

We always wait a few weeks to update the file that has the latest versions.  That way, we don't create a big problem by letting a new bug slip out to most users.

You can always check this forum to find the absolute latest build, but it isn't always as stable as the one on the download page.  In this case, it is.
