Title: Command line switch to start MC minimized?

Is there a way to create a shortcut that will start MC minimized?  I'd like it to "normally" start maximized, but if I put it in the startup folder so that it will begin at logon, I'd like it to start minimized.  Is there a way to do this with a command line switch, or is there an option in the new MC that result in this functionality?

This will be necessary in order to use the new "Library Server" instead of the discontinued "Media Server."

On any shortcut: Right-click > Properties > Run > Minimized
