Title: Activation Problems

I'm a registered MediaCenter 9 user.  When I attempt to upgrade to 10.0 by using a temporary install key (.mjr)  that the bot sends me, I get the following error:

"Your license file is not valid for Media Center 10.  Would you like to purchase an upgrade?"

I've trued this a couple of different ways, blown through 3 of my annual key restorations, and no luck.

Any ideas?

MC10 isn't a free upgrade.
