Title: Registration key failed

hi,
i just purchased j river media center 10, and i can't register it.
the key i received is always rejected as "expired" as the pop up says.
For now i have tried 5 times to recover it by internet, and it still don't work, i receive always the same "old" key.
Please help me .
Ps:
of course i can send you my registration code
I hope you will erase my 5 attempts to recover.
