I am trying to connect my Rio Karma to MC 11 but it does not recognize it. MC 10 used to work great. When I check the help file it tells me to enable WDM support in Tools - Options - Devices. Well, there is no option in "Devices" for WDM. There is a new option named Handhelds but I see no place to enable WDM there either. As you know, there is no plugin for the Karma.
Where and how do I enable WDM support in MC 11?

edbro,
WMDM support is built into MC 11. Does your Karma appear in WMP? If so, does it not appear in the MC tree?

Yes, it shows up fine in WMP10. It does not show up in MC11. I get a "No Handheld Available" message. And, it does not show up in the drive tree either. I get my Karma icon in the system tray so I know that Windows is recognizing it. And, I have no problems with it in Rio's Software.
I did notice that if I connect my Karma while MC is running, I get a flashing message in the Action Window that says "Device Connected" but when I go to Handheld it says nothing is connected.

Just to close the loop; the Karma is now recognized. :D I don't know which new version fixed it but it works now. Thank you very much.
