I just reinstalled windows and have ben trying to re-register my MC10. I don't have my code anymore as it has been like a year since I bought, hence I have been trying to input my email address and have you send it to me. Twice, the page has told me that the code is on its way, it has arrived neither time. please let me know if this can be resolved.

there have been some providers that have filtered out the license as spam

Are you using Hotmail? I had a problem not getting emails.... I changed it to another email (Sympatico) and it worked.
