Title: Ratio Modifier is Broken

Hi guys,
I just thought i'd pass this along.  The ratio modifier is not working properly.

I understand this is the syntax:
~mix=NUMBER_OF_FILES,%_1,SEARCH_1,%_2,SEARCH_2,%_3,SEARCH_3,etc.

So the example:
~mix=25,80%,r=5,20%r=1

Should yeild a list with twenty songs rated at 5 and five songs rated at 1.  In the results i've seen, the numbers are close, but they vary almost every time, even when there are no other directions in the smart list.

I can reproduce it at home.  Hopefully we can fix it soon.
