Title: ALT+anything brings up TV Tuner?

If I hit the ALT key followed by another key or, alternatively, hit ALT and simultaneous hit any other key, it brings up the TV Tuner and ignores the keystrokes.  So, ALT-H doesn't bring up HELP, it brings up the TV Tuner.  Does anone else have this problem?  I've searched the forum but didn't find anything useful so if I missed it, please let me know which PR its writtein up for.

We can reproduce.  Look for a fix soon.
