Title: FAO Admin Re:Licence Key Activation

I had two unsuccesful attempts today to install my MJ  licence key via the internet on a PC at our local Computer Club at which I am scheduled to demonstrate the programme next week.
So two questions: Firstly how do I reclaim the two unsuccesful attempts and secondly how can I get the key to install properly. FWIW the version of MJ I was trying to activate was time expired having previously been installed some 5 weeks previously.

Everything we know about licensing is in the FAQ under Jukebox/Purchase above, but here are some details.

Try using IE.  Firewalls and virus checkers sometimes cause problems.

See the details in the FAQ on how to save a license to install it on multiple machines (right click on the link).

Use the latest build from the downloads page.
