Title: Any ETA on when YADB can be used to update tags?
Post by: RandyR on October 27, 2002, 06:14:27 am
I have a large library of MP3 files I've imported into MJ.  However, certain tag information is missing from the files - particularly genre.  Therefore, I'd like to be able to update it using the YADB database.

Specifically, I'd like to be able to update the MP3 tag information on imported MP3 files - preferable an entire playlist or album at a time - using the YADB information.

I have asked about the timing on this feature in several posts - very politely, no ranting - but have not received any response at all.

I would very much appreciate a response.

Thank you.

We're working on it now.  Should be a few weeks.

I Think JimH is being Modest, it sounds like From What Has Been Said To Be A Better Matching System Than CDDB Used.

Since I Have Worked With The CDDB.DLL Anything Can Be An Enhancement.
