Title: Is Internal Volume broken?

I'm experiencing the wave volume jumping to maximum problem when I play music in MC (11.0.161). I have the volume set to internal volume, but the behavior still occurs.

Any ideas?

Internal volume works for me.  Check MC > Options > Startup > Startup Volume

Also, make sure you have the latest sound card driver.
