The artwork loading thread has not shut down after 6 seconds.   Have you only recently upgraded to 11.0.162?   Has it happened with any other version of MC?

If you can reproduce this error at will try try excluding the c:\documents and settings\<username>\Application Data\AlbumView 2.0 directory.
