Title: Activation Help

A few days ago I had a hard drive crash and had to reinstall MC 10. On Dec 14 (according to my visa bill) I ungraded from MC  9 to 10. My activation codes sent to me via online regitration are only good for MC 9? I've paid for MC10!! Help please. . . Thanks

Did you use Paypal for the second?

You used a different e-mail address for the MC10 purchase, it was ballen at domain, and the MC 9 purchase was ballen <number> at domain.

I changed the MC10 purchase to have the same address as the MC9 purchase.
