Title: Synch problem

OK.
Came home, initialized my iPod with MC. 18.5 GB free, 0 Files.
Right Click -> Synchronize
Slider went nutso, and I waited. Finally I get a bunch of queued songs.
The information at the bottom of MC now reads: 2601 Files/ 18.5 GB, Free: 18.5 GB
This is the same thing that happened before.
Additionally: -6.8 GB available after sync.

We appear to be back to square one?

Or should I have "Restored" my iPod first?

I had better results going back to 11.0.62.

Actually, I restored with the Apple iPod installer, and then ran a successful sync. I'm going to stay far far away from iTunes for a while, and see what happens. I'll sync some more music (with MC) and see if changes anything.

That's the problem I had.  I songs transferred but the playlists didn't appear.  I went back to older version and I got my playlists back.
