I paid for v11 a while back (since at least 110148). All was going fine (apart from the odd bug mentioned in the main post about 11 betas) until I noticed that since the 67 build, my registration info has disappeared. Media Center was showing as unregistered, I tried using the tools in the prog to re-register the key file, but it seems to have gone! Using the internet form to reregister (or reactivate) has not got any response email for the past 3 days. Help!

You may need to use a restore:

I've sent off my email address twice now - the first time 3 days ago, the second 2 hours ago. Haven't received a reply!
Cheers
-
What do you mean by "sent off my e-mail address"?
-
Jim,
I sent you a private message!
Cheers!

Check your spam filters, they sometimes catch the restore e-mails.

Checked spam filters, nothing in there from jriver...
-
The e-mail comes from buy-button@jriver.com.
You can save the Install Key yourself when you restore. Right click on the license and do save as. See the FAQ for more information:

Sorry Jim, nothing from them either... did you get my details in the PM iI sent you?
-
there have been some ISP's that have blocked the e-mail thinking it was spam
-
Jim, did you get my messages?
-
We will get back to you tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.
-
I've sent two e-mail messages as tests, one about 12 hours ago (more or less) and one just a few minutes ago. Did you get either one? Both left the mailer fine.

I just got one email - sent a reply!
-
There's someone filtering e-mails between us and you. I don't know who. The mail is leaving our server fine.
Who handles the mail server you use? If it's your ISP, ask them what filters they have in place.
I've sent two more test messages. If you don't receive either, it would appear that you are unable to handle e-mails from machines that aren't mail servers or something similar. Both test messages come from different machines.

My ISP has a spam filtering service - Sophos Puremessage - but I have set it to approve any messages coming from *@jriver.com (anything from jriver.com). Is there another address extension I should add? So far I've only received an email from gateley@jriver.com - test message no. 2 . There is no sign of any messages from @jriver.com in the blocked email list on my isp's antispam website. Can you use the machine that sent the email I received to contact me?
Thanks,

Hey guys - anything happening at your end??? I still can't run MC!!! This is taking forever to sort out!!!
-
I tried sending from the machine that sends the e-mail, you didn't receive it, though the mail arrived at the CC address I put in just fine.
I tried sending from our mail server and you received it.
I wish I could help more, but it's not our mail server that's causing the problem.
If you'll create a hot mail account (or gmail or whatever), and send it to me (using your original account so I'm sure it is you), I'll try changing your e-mail in our system. Then you should get it, as well as see that the problem is on your mail server's side.

I changed it and tried it - you should have mail there waiting.
Let me know if it worked.

If you have any patience left, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE talk to your ISP and try to get to the bottom of this. It sounds like they have an aggressive spam filter and I'd like to know about it so that we don't get other users with the same problem.
Thanks,

I'm about to fire off an email to them about this very subject - I'll get back to you with any info!
Once again, thanks! :D
