Back on MC9, you had a plugin for the S35S. WIth MC10, you do not. When I first downloaded MC10 and tried to use the RIO, it did not work and you recommened to turn on the WMDM support. That solved the problem and I was able to use it. Now recently, I no longer can get my S35S to connect to MC10. I have tried downloading the MC9 plugin and turned off and on the WMDM support. I updated my driver and firmware on the RIO. Any other ideas?

buzzard,
Try connecting to the Rio with Windows Media Player. If it fails as well, then you have a driver/firmware incompatibility. Contact Rio and let them no that you cannot connect with WMP and see what they say.
Definitely do not use the MC 9 plugin with MC 10, it will not work.
